"Upon my approach to the building I was immediately greeted outside by the owner. He engaged in friendly conversation with me and was able to begin assisting me immediately. This business is seamless and efficient in their operation. I was given a thorough explanation of everything that was going on, with my prescription, my lenses, my frames, and the various amount of paperwork I was signing. Additionally I was shown around so that I could better navigate around in the future. I was paid and provided my new lenses and out the door in less than 15 minutes. Staff was amazing, they answered any and all questions I had. The inventory on display appeared endless and I have no doubt they have a style in stock for everyone. "This optical has amazing customer service, super cute glasses and the convenience of an in house labs for cutting glasses. I went in a couple of days ago and the owner Paul was incredibly helpful, he not only explained all of the details of the glasses but helped me pick the cutest frames. "I’ve gotten 3 pairs of glasses from Vutt. Started with a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses which Randy fit me for. Loved them so much I went back and got my prescription glasses there as well. Again, Randy helped me, I ended up another pair of Maui’s and absolutely love those. So when it was time to get a pair of prescription sunglasses you know I was going back to Vutt again. I now have prescription Maui’s that I get complements on all the time. But it’s not just about the Maui Jim brand, it’s the service, the courtesy, & the understanding of their products. "I've been coming to VUTT since they were at their old location in the Burlington Mall. I needed sports glasses for tennis and VUTT custom made my 2 pairs of glasses and sunglasses that would never bounce off my face while I am playing. I came back again and ordered some custom yellow tint Oakleys and they were able to make it so it does not even look like they are prescription. They have great selection of Ray Bans, Oakley frames and others. Staff is very friendly."
